Senior English is a study of the various genres of British literature using a thematic approach.  This course is designed to strengthen your reading and writing skills. College level essay formatting is emphasized in this course.

Reading is an essential part of this class.  Please complete a book questions sheet for each of the books assigned during this course. 

​Honors 
Honors is a voluntary program. To participate you must have an A in last semester's English course. You will complete all of the work assigned to the regular English students in addition to Honors in-depth analysis of text.  This additional work is based on the book How to Reading Literature Like a Professor by Thomas Foster.  Please consider reading this text as one of your book reports for this class. If you are missing any assignments or struggling with work in this or any of your classes you will be removed from the honors program and allowed to re-enroll after a semester of successful completion of regular curriculum work. Honors project ideas.
